Back to the 1925, the church was completed and it was considered to be the 2nd completed church after St. Mary Church Masarra (1.6 km away from the Church)

The Altar curtain is unique as it contains icons of both Old & New Testaments

Exterior:

The church form and features are very similar to Saint Mark Church in Heliopolis which was completed in 1923, and there is a guess that it might be designed by the same italian Architect Giuseppe Tavarelli who used to work at Ministry of Endowmentsز
