This contemporary residence in Maadi, designed by Red Door | The Studio and managed by Nesty Hospitality, is characterized by social gathering and shared use through an L-shaped built-in banquette, maximizing seating while keeping circulation open around the table. Pendant lighting gives the area its own identity without enclosing it from the adjoining social spaces, while the colors create visual continuity throughout the residence.

The billiards table becomes part of the spatial composition rather than a separate recreational element, emphasizing the apartment’s focus on gathering. Natural textures, planting, and the connection to the balcony soften the interior and maintain continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces.
