A 270,350 sqm residential compound with a 4 km pedestrian network, Wadi Qortuba Compound is treated as an oasis within the desert and organized through a landscape-driven spatial system. Polygonal wadi geometries define water channels, walkways, and open spaces, forming a continuous network that links the buildings together, framed by trees that act as natural shading elements.

While architecture integrates with the landscape without disruption through pure geometrical forms, with white and light tones that reflect light and reduce heat absorption. Moreover, dimensional shifts, form subtraction, and recessed openings generate self-shaded façades that reduce solar exposure.

The project consists of a clubhouse and a range of residential units distributed across the site, interspersed within a continuous landscape system of wadi formations, water features, and fountains.
