A sequence of arches defines the Festival Plaza at El Gouna, designed by Studio Seilern Architects, inspired by ancient Egyptian and Islamic heritage. These monumental orange colonnades provide shaded drama amid the desert oasis. while the ribbed arches express a sense of unity through repetition, as individual elements merge into a continuous spatial system.
