Bayt Al Mona, managed by Nesty Hospitality, is a boutique beachfront retreat articulated through a Nubian-inspired vernacular language, defined by domes, vaulted ceilings, arched openings, and a courtyard-centered composition that establishes shade, privacy, and spatial continuity. At the heart of the project, the courtyard acts as a regulating core, structuring circulation, modulating daylight, and supporting natural ventilation. Warm plaster surfaces, timber detailing, handcrafted textures, and layered planting reinforce a quiet architectural atmosphere where built form, landscape, and coastal context operate in balance.
The guest rooms at Bayt Al Mona extend the project’s Nubian-inspired vernacular language into intimate interiors shaped by arched openings, timber shutters, soft plaster surfaces, and carefully filtered daylight. Warm materials, simple furnishings, and quiet proportions create a calm, handcrafted atmosphere where comfort and architecture are closely aligned.
