Terraces Marasi Drive transforms waterfront living into a series of flowing architectural lines, which the curved balconies and layered terraces reflect the movement of the Bay.

The project’s organic façade language is not only a visual gesture; it creates depth, shade, and outdoor extensions for the residences. Its horizontal bands soften the tower’s vertical mass, while the brown linear screens at the podium add rhythm, texture, and a sense of motion at street level.

Inside Terraces Marasi Drive, the fluid language of the exterior continues into the interiors through premium materials and refined surfaces. Dark green marble, natural wood, reflective flooring, and backlit onyx create a spatial sequence that shifts from the dramatic atmosphere of the lobby to the warmer, more intimate spaces. Vernacular language into intimate interiors shaped by arched openings, timber shutters, soft plaster surfaces, and carefully filtered daylight. Warm materials, simple furnishings, and quiet proportions create a calm, handcrafted atmosphere where comfort and architecture are closely aligned.

Located in Business Bay, Dubai, the project is a luxury residential and mixed-use high-rise, combining apartments, duplexes, penthouses, and lifestyle amenities.
